		<description>I agree with alison, it is the real thing in japan, they shave the wasabi root so it's not as pasty as the version you're used to here. :)</description>

		<description>Hi Alison - wow, I had no idea they would be so liberal with real wasabi in any restaurant so I just assumed it was fake!  Nice to know it may have been the real stuff...makes me which I took the time to enjoy it a bit more.  :)</description>

		<description>The wasabi you had there in japan was most likely the real stuff...it has a sharper taste than what we're used to in most sushi restaurants in Vancouver.  The kind they have here is actually mostly horseradish</description>
