I think the slow cooked rice dish itself is always offered…but the type of rice dish is a daily special. You were probably just lucky the cha-siu don was the special that day!

mmmmmm, cha-siu don. Too bad they didn’t have it there last time I went. Maybe it’s seasonal? hmmm, I guess it’s not pig season yet =P

I went to shiru-bay last month. Very good food!! I like the Hiaburi Shime Saba the most…yum yum.
